The Annual MEF Gala and Auction celebrates our children and our schools and is our biggest donation event of the year. This celebration brings parents, teachers, school administrators and city leaders from all over Millbrae together to show their generosity, kindness and amazing sense of community. Last year, our gala & auction raised $247,000.

A Night Without Limit!
It’s time for Millbrae Education Foundation’s 8th Annual Gala, a night of celebration to go above and beyond for Millbrae Kids! Infinity: a concept of boundlessness, this year’s Gala is designed to inspire and celebrate the limitless potential within each student. Last year we raised $247,000 in one exciting night- come be a part of breaking that record! Join us this year for our live Auction, Fund the Future and vast donation event. We need you and all your friends and family to participate- on any level- to continue the good work that Millbrae Schools are doing. Please help us continue funding for teachers and staff as they provide music, physical education, STEAM programming and reading support across the district.

The Night's Agenda:
5:00 pm: Check-in begins
6:00 pm: Doors open
6:30 - 8:30 pm: Dinner and exclusive live auction
8:30 - 11:00 pm: Join BigFun DJ’s on the dance floor or capture memories at the 360° Photo Booth

Tickets include:
Welcome reception, 3-course dinner with wine service, live auction, and dancing. A portion of each ticket will go directly toward this year’s $750,000 Annual Fund Goal.
* Cocktails will be available for purchase through the hotel cash bar.
Ticket Pricing:
Tickets go on sale starting on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 .
Ticket confirmation:
After successfully registering, you will receive an email confirmation. Printed tickets will not be issued. Attendees must check in upon arrival for admittance.
Table Seating:
Dinner will be assigned seating with 10 guests per table. To assist us in grouping tables, please indicate your school(s) and other seat grouping preferences. If you wish to be assigned to a table with specific guests, enter their first and last names in the indicated field during registration (e.g. Meadows/MGSA Softball; Spring Valley/Jane Doe, 2nd Grade Parents). If you have no table preference, please include your school followed by "none" (e.g. Lomita/none).

Parking will be complimentary at the Hilton during the Gala.

Volunteer at the next Gala
We still need volunteers to help with data entry, decor, event day volunteers to set up and clean up, bid spotters and ticket sellers. If you’re able to help, please contact volunteer@millbraekids.org.

We raised $253,000 towards the MEF Goal!
The Silent Auction had over 200 items, including Summer camps, Community Experiences, Restaurants and Hotels, Teacher-led experiences, and many more.
